The content offered in this Toolkit may only be used for purposes that have no personal or commercial gain as a starting point.

All files we provide on this website are royalty-free to download and use to promote the city of The Hague. The material is expressly not intended for merchandising and product advertising. If the material on this image database is used for purposes other than the promotion of the city of The Hague, including Scheveningen and Kijkduin, the author may declare the user in default.

With regard to the use of the material, we cannot grant exclusivity. Are you looking for unique content? In that case, we recommend using a photographer or videographer yourself or purchasing a suitable stock photo.

Are there people depicted recognisably in the photo or video you want to use? Then keep in mind that the file must be used in the right context. All files may be used to promote the city of The Hague.
